They say imitation is the highest form of compliment. Personally I would send the fucker a warning to change his shit!
I had a guy rip off some of my animation from my portfolio and as luck would have it got a tip off from a mate as to who it was, I asked him once to remove it he laughed so i knocked the fucker out. Its funny cause after I did that I didn't really care!
