Im still not clear on what exactly has been patented..??
Can I not now develop a system where a user brings up a flash front-end, downloads data, manipulates that data, sends it back to the server, and that info is then re-transmitted to their or other flash-fronted systems ?

I've just submitted a patent for the process whereby a person can register the intellectual property rights of a specific use of technology to achieve a certain end.
It is called the Metapatent, and I will receive royalty payments from anyone attempting to gain patent on anything.
