this is going to sound insufficient, snuggles, but because for some reason I care about you, even though we've never met, probably because of the humor and quality of humanity you have displayed on this website, I would like to suggest reading Eckhart Tolle's book "A New Earth". It may help a bit, if for no other reason than to persuade you to face what you're going through, for better or worse, with clear eyes and an open mind, although I admit if I was in your shoes I, too might have made the same post. Jaz, I'm going through separation with my wife at the moment and I'm still getting used to living in a new culture and surroundings. I think my lack of healthiness, pressure at work and lack of any friends and family physically around me is beginning to take it's toll..

to top it off, some dude came to my office last night while I was the only one here and I let him in, thinking he was part of the cleaning staff, so I didn't bother paying attention to what he was doing or even when he left. Today i find out that the guy stole one of the directors laptops, so who's to blame....the Canadian of course....
I guess it's in my Canadian nature to let a foreigner in without asking any questions...
