I'm going to give up, but I will probably have to give up drinking aswell, which is probably for the best, because when I'm drunk I do silly things.
Personally, I actually have an affinity with self destruction.

I don't know how to stop biting my nails. Sometimes I can let one nail on one finger grow (because, believe it or not, my nails still grow quickly) but then I just have to bite it off.

I quit on 12/24/04 at 10:24 pm. I know your pain. Hang in, it gets easier. Remember-you're healthy now. That;s a happy thought. Go have a cupcake. :)

i've strarted smoking last summer again after 4 yrs. in a dark cellar, drunk, listening to a noisecoreband with one of my yugoslavian friends. ARGH

My last fag was on Sepember 9, 2003 at around 11pm GMT and I haven't smoked anything in the real world since. But in my dreams I haven't given up at all! Last night my subconcious mind had a single joint – it tasted sweet as hell, but then by the end of the dream I was a full blown smoker again on 20 a day. I smoked for about 10 years and am wondering now how long I'll be smoking in my dreams.
