I gave up smoking at the weekend. To give myself a bit of motivation I just made this. I can now, at a glance, see how well I'm doing. And I think its pretty.

I'd have to say that, if I smoked, this kind of thing would not motivate me to quit. As a matter of fact, it makes me want to start... It is very nice, however.

I did on NewYear's cold turkey. haven't smoked since. Smoked for 15 years. feels good. place smells better. I can walk up stairs and actually breathe. i like it a lot. A few weeks ago I just stopped liking it. wonder why I started in the 1st place.

staring at that black and red makes me think of sparking up a nice camel light, you know, the first one in a few days, that nice crackle, that lovely oaty burn and that triumphant exhale.

I don't know how to stop biting my nails. Sometimes I can let one nail on one finger grow (because, believe it or not, my nails still grow quickly) but then I just have to bite it off.

i too just gave them up. i'm using Zyban and it's amazing the difference compared to a cold turkey attempt i made last summer.
