I don't know how to stop biting my nails. Sometimes I can let one nail on one finger grow (because, believe it or not, my nails still grow quickly) but then I just have to bite it off.

see! the chick on the package has an engagement ring! According to those folks you only get laid if you got good nails. Fuck! Makes me want another cigarette......make that a cigarello, gotta be a lady!!
