I've a friend who used to work for IBM in Portsmouth. They got "strikes". If you accidentally left a fax or a print out on your desk without filing it or shredding it, you'd come into the work the next day to find a strip of bright yellow "VIOLATION" tape tapped accross your desk. You'd then have to go explain yourself before removing the tape and going back to work.

IBM is one of top companies to work in the world.
rather in be for management consulting, accounting, technology consulting, business strategy, technology dev, etc etc
of course they will want people who they really want.
