I always put website, and then discovered that it's really web site. I admit, I do care.

okay, formal spellcheckers like 'web site' better than 'website'. Wikipedia uses both ways of spelling it.

Associated Press style book says the correct way of writing it is Web site. Always with a capital 'W'

my non-tech colleagues use
'on-line' too.

now this would be a good weekend miljonairs question.

We dont have to agree with them.
Internet sounds like it is something owned (like a brand name). I prefer internet (a thing that exists, not neccessarily owned?)

Web site (capitol 'W')

i think technically it's Web site (with a capital W), but i normally just write web site.
Email and email are acceptable as the dash is now deprecated.
