Sometime in the next few days Cheney will suffer from his lingering heart ailment and will step down from the VP post for "health concerns". Scooter, Rove, et al will get pardons from Bush after being charged with perjury.
And it will all be blamed on a hysterical vast left wing media conspiracy somehow headed by Hillary Clinton, who we all know is the real liar in Washington.

To be fair, the margin of error on the poll is 3.4%. So Bush’s actual approval among African Americans could be anywhere from -1.4% to 5.4%.

If blacks are that involved to give Bush at the most a 5.4% approval rating, if a black woman ran how do you think they would respond? The numbers of blacks to vote would be record breaking.
