i work at a fairly large agency... not like LOWE or CP+B or anything.. maybe about 50 employees, but its nice because you work on specific stuff and don't get pulled across projects all the time.
free breakfast every day is pretty awesome as well.
the thing that sucks is idiot account managers who can't communicate visual ideas to the client - something i could figure out in 2 minutes takes them 2 days to "get back to you on that"
