Yeah, but it's definitely taken from the photo I took...not a rip off my logo, but of my pic...

looks coincidental.

(Oct 12 05, 14:13)he he..come on guys - it's definitely a trace of my photo...someone asked this exact question on here the other day if they could take some photo from Getty Images and trace over it and the consensus was "no" and now it's being done to me and no one has my back...what gives?
:)

At least they had the decency to reflect.

whats that move called?
- doesnotexist0
im no karate/whatever expert, but it seems to me like that is a pretty cliche/public domain pose. i dont think you have grounds for much intellectual property on this one.
- mattyd0
but if that is a standard pose in that form of martial arts, how can you prove they used your photo to trace?
seems like its coincidental.

i googled capoeira and found about 10 images with a similar move. they are using a martial art pose that is very common, not your photo.

But is like say the Michael Jordan dunking move from Nike is that a "cliche/publicdomain" pose?
- ********0
I'm telling you it's that photo...

no infringement AT ALL:

1. he can't be the only person capable of doing that
2. thier logo looks better (more detail)
3. good luck trying to sue disney
- era4040
just have your lawyer send them a letter. couldn't hurt.
- -sputnik-0
your logo's nicer
- mattyd0
if the man in the picture is akin to the michael jordan of martial arts and if a shadow of that image is still easily recognizable, thats one thing...
