as for the michael jordan silhouette, that is definitely not in the public domain.

if you can speak well, law-talk, you might be able to get a lawyer to do the work in lieu of payment, i am sure there could be quite a bit of money in this.

Thanks pocho - I know it's a common move for the art - I do it! But it's taken from the pic I own and I also use for the logo for my company. Pleanty of similar ones out there - but that's just plain direct...Where do your kids study by the way?

My kids just lost their Mestre...Mestre Marcos. He is from Brazil, and has been their Mestre for about six years.
He just had a baby, and is taking a month off, but he will be moving his studio to Los Angeles. We are looking for a new Mestre in Orange County right now.
The kids LOVE it...it is brilliant.

if I was them this is what I would do.
-Read your email.
-SCREAMMM in fear.
-google images for capoeira(again).
-find another image to trace but that looks almost identical.
-print your email
-upload new image
-go to the restroom and wipe my a$$ with the email.
-email you back with my most sincere apologies.
