a firm i worked for right out of college was owned/operated by a couple.....
they [seemingly] hated each other - it only worked because she kept normal business hours, and he was in the office approx 18 hours/day.
on the flipside.... there would never be a sexual harassment lawsuit............ unless you were "roleplaying"
