and WTF happened to Cleopatra and the kid they had? what they just disappeared into thin air, or did the go back to Gyppoland, as Pullo called it.. tee hee :O
this show is amazing but at time makes no sense. I want more suicides and sex...!

Marc Antony is supposed to be with Cleopatra, or at least be involved with her in some way before Caesar's death, but obviously that's not going to happen. And I guess we can write off the lack of Caesar's son as just being a tradition of the past. He's too busy ruling, and women generally take care of the children anyway.

(Nov 14 05, 18:48)Agreed! It seems like shows are taking more and more time in between seasons and releasing DVD's earlier and earlier to try and make up for it, but it still sucks. We have to wait for so long.

btw, I thought this episode was pretty awesome...but I'm wondering why the spoilers for the marriage of Antony and Octavia are messed up. They all say that they were supposed to be involved two episodes ago, and yet I haven't seen anything. But, from what I can see, I'm sure Octavia marries Antony more for political reasons, and Antony marries her for political reasons, as well as getting with Atia.
That last battle scene was hot! I was a little surprised by the blood, but it was still realistically done. I knew Vorenus would eventually come in and help Pullo if it was obvious that Pullo was too weak to continue fighting.
I think the actor who portrays Brutus does a great job of showing his conflicts. In Shakespeare's story, he was always my favourite character. I don't necessarily dislike him now...I just think he honours integrity above all else, which is his (tragic) flaw. His relationship with Caesar was strained the first time around, when Caesar didn't exactly treat him as a friend would, so there's always going to be suspicious between them.

Rome only airs on HBO and the Movie channel or whatever.
I use BitLord as the program, and http://www.isohunt.com and http://www.mininova.org for Rome torrents, which are always available the morning after the episode airs (which is on Sunday nights).

They are released probably digitally recorded via HBO and let lose on the 'Net.

most shows are available the next morning after the episode airs, but I know for sure that Rome will be there. Because HBO doesn't pre-empt shows for various reasons since ppl pay more.
