this is my personal opinion.
I think it would be nicer and more simple if you have the boy girl characters going across the left box horizontally rather than on a slight diagonal. And also enlarge them so parts of them will go off the page.
You should get rid of the shadow too, it looks to cluttered.
I don't really like the colors, they don't look good.
Also typography can use some work. I think it looks good otherwise.
