Hell yeah. I disagree with the old coot 1010%, but I'd defend his right to say whatever the hell he wants to say in public. What are you, some kinda commie-terrorist?It would be even cooler if he was struck down by the Lord on live TV. That I'd watch...

instead of debating with atheists and agnostics, you should fight this guy, discipler.

if you're serious, i'm really sorry for you
-------------------- --------.
side note: this will probably be the only time i'll ever agree with that fucker, but in a certain context i think he's spot on.
his point:
look @ iraq, why the fuck didn't we merely assasinate saddam, his cronies and his sons and leave the iraqi people (granted he placed emphasis on tax dollars) alone? we destroyed the entire place and created countless new enemies in fighting an illegal war to get around the illegiticy of political assasinations. whether we should or shouldn't be mettling is a whole new can of worms, point being that we should call a spade a spade...not that i agree with the whole political assasination thing in the first place, i just think it's loads more efficient/humane than toppling civilian occupied cities.

someone else would take over and do the same thing. it's an endless cycle. seems so

jpolk: Hussein wasn't assassinated because an assassin can't take control of all those oil fields and hire thousands of contract mercenaries and give no-bid construction jobs to Halliburton all by himself.
Pat Robertson is a religious extremist terrorist. Send him to Gitmo!
- mrdobolina0
clinton said he could have placed a guided missile on saddam's dinner plate if they had reason.
whether that is true or not, who knows, but I know what you mean.
- mrdobolina0
also, ford and reagan made laws saying no US agency can asassinate world leaders.
- ********0
they should change that law, we got plenty of good young snipers here and nice @ss state-of-the-art weaponry.
- i_monk0
The US doesn't abide by laws and treaties when it's easier not to. Geneva Conventions? NAFTA? The UN? Pah! The US hates law and order! Cheney mad! Cheney smash!
- jpolk0
i know...
all that i'm saying is that i don't think a full scale, illegitimate war is a far less justifiable means of forced regime change than an assasination or even "pressure" for a coup de etat.
at any rate, were talking worst case scenerios...
it'd be awfully cool if we'd use our political power for some sort of diplomacy one of these days...
- jpolk0
see? we need the ability to edit posts:
shoulda read:

the US has its thumb in enough pies right now, it doesnt need to fuck with venezuela because pat robertson thinks it is a good idea.
pat robertson said 911 happened because of abortions and gays.
