the best thing about this time of year is that the days are still more than amply warm.

i get a feeling of fresh renewal in autumn. reminds me of starting a new school year, new ppl, girls, classes, clean slate. even though i am a working schlub now, it still affects me...

oh shoot i jsut figured it out. we are going to comback as another type of creature/human!!! its all based on new life-living-death jsut like the seasons. jsut like the planet revolving around the sun comes back to the same point. the circle of life can be taken literally. wow imno longer afrid of dying. puzzzah

I've always loved the fall. It used to be because my birthday is in the fall....okay...it still is because of that...but mainly because it's beautiful. I love the smell of Fall + Halloween. It gets quite chilly here around the end of September though.

Mine is November 13th, and it tends to be pretty cold around that time too. I live in Ottawa, after all.

I know what you mean. One time I was watching TV, and this guy was like, "Why would anyone want to drive a car when they could ride/drive a motorcycle???" and proceeded to look clueless. I responded by shouting obscenities at the television set, because it's pretty hard to ride a motorcycle in the snow.

What's cool here in Québec is that we really have 4 seasons, summer is freaking hot and humid, fall is rainy and colorfull, winter is white and gray and fucking cool, spring is a rebirth with the warm sun and the snow melting, birds chirping...
