this serves its purpose though, in showing all off the "compassionate conservatives" what a fraud their guy is and also who really is supporting the troops and who could give two shits about them.

But please understand that he knew the risks, and the potential of losing his life. If society can't understand and respect that aspect of being a soldier, especially in the case of a volunteer military, then that is a problem.

I feel for these soldiers and marines. Alot of them are reupping not because of any grand scheme of patriotism but bc their buds are there under fire. That's where their loyalty is, to their fellow bud.
The Marine/soldiers job is to accept the risks that come with combat. The citizen and politicians job is to ask them to take those risk for the best and noblest reasons possible.

Watched all of them, on a DVR receiver, and dozens of times paused the TV, screamed at it, yelled at my girlfriend about how much Bush or Cheney was lying, and yelled at the TV some more.
