Windows codenamed Longhorn is now officially in beta #1 and the final name is Windows Vista...
...and it look like shit, iam switching to Apple with a G5 in september!

In the end I don't care what the stupid OS looks like because I'd turn off all the pretty stuff anyway like I do with XP. All that crap is just a waste of system resources. If I had OSX I'd want all the visual bells and whistles turned off also.

it's a fucking OS. that's it. who cares what it looks like, it's about how the machine performs. mac better for some things. pc better for some things. interface doesn't make a fucking difference.
and i just like to swear. i could really care less about it even though it sounds like i am really angry : )

But for me, and many other person iam sure, the OS and app look is important because they are all day long on the computer working, surfing the web, listening to music, chatting with friends, listening movies etc. etc. and its cool to do all that in a nice looking and personalized interface.
