i got on at Teddington - as usual - and there was four coppers there. that's zone 6. tiny little superbs train station. then into waterloo and the usual people checking tickets were replaced by coppers.
mind you, it is Bombday™ (nee Thursday).

The daily mail and express are having a field day with the facts that the bombers were all 'spongers living off the state' and asylum seekers even though neither were actually asylum seekers. They still had a text vote 'should all asylum seekers be sent home?'

I was at Canary Wharf last year, it does have a unique racial 'mix' compared to the rest of the capital in that it looks like it's solely populated by people from stock photo libraries (excluding service staff of course).
I did see one asian guy in a wheelchair, it looked like he'd been hired in to meet equal-opps requirements.
