I have always been pretty tolerant and have tons of migrant friends but fuck they are testing my patience. I hatre to say it but if this shit keeps going the world would be better off if the middle east, afghanistan and pakistan were just wiped off the face of the earth.

I aplogise for my language...I am just so frustrated that I have brought 2 young kids into the world and what will they have to look forward to? Worrying about getting blown up on the way to school?

Hello...I am from Italy and same feelings here. Like you said I was pretty tolerant too with all kind of differences between humans..but now i am starting to not tolerate anymore all this. Why should I be afraid to live in my own country? FUCK YOU AL QAEDA

I'm not justifying the war in Iraq. But it and Afghanistan were obviously a reaction (note, reaction, not a justified reaction) to 9/11.
It's like these people can't see cause and effect. You hit us, we hit back harder. You can't cry foul over that logic, it's as old as time.

but the people in iraq didn't hit any of us. they just happen to be muslims. and even if some iraqi did fly a plane into a building or blow up a tube, can we really kill 50,000 people in that country? coz that's where they are from? Does that make anything any better? There is no 'them' and 'us' in this world anymore. Good guys and bad guys don't really exist.
a young asian guy got shot 5 times in the head yesterday in london whilst he was on the ground. He had no weapon or bomb. He was asian and running away from the police. Thats the kinda world we're heading for if we keep pigeonholding religion and race so flippantly.

It's how Donnie Rumsfeld and friends want it - they created the spectre of Al Quaeda and want us all to have a common enemy of terror so that the US will reign focused and supreme. He managed it in the 80's with the Russian arms race and has done it again this time round but with much more dire consequenses I fear.
'Iraq will be the front line in the war on terror' - only because there was no focus for terrorist before Amorica invaded Iraq, thus creating more terror(ists) to enable and justify a war.

i hear you. I hate the way that everyone thinks al quida is a real connected orginisation. They don't really exist. Its just a term the west dreamed up to define an enemy. It basically means, Islamic terrorists, but is in no way a name of an organised force.

i think we need a week off or two so the tubes + city are pretty much empty while the police have got 2 weeks extra to catch up with these people. As they wont want to blow up a near empty tube!

yeah especially when they go into Iraq before hand make sure that they have no weapons, then when they are sure there is nothing they bomb the ghell out of them. Soulds liek terrorism to me.
Ill tell you what boils my blood, its not just the fact that there are a select few menacing people who blow up themselved in tubes, its the fact that we are beiong lied to and manipulated by the media and governments so badly, and as sen by the title of this thred its working.
thats a shame, because if it continues like this I can ealily forsee another Hitler generation, where it is not safe for anyone of dark skin to walk around.
