Okay, let me be real here. I totally thought this show would be all geeky and sci-fi-ish, but it's right up there with Firefly, which is some of the best writing. I think BSG and Firefly are a new type of Sci.Fi, one that looks at humans as being the enemy of each other, not aliens. Anyway, it's right up there with my other favourites now.

Too bad the rest of season 2 doesn't air until January. That last episode (entitled 'Pegasus') was probably one of the best.

whuuut? but....there are Cylons everywhere. You mean you wanted the Cylons to get on board or attack more viciously? They already had an episode where cylons infiltrate the ship, and another where they plant a computer virus in the Galactica system, which Boomer (the cylon) manages to throw back at them.
Boomer's the best.

I recognize so many of the actors from various Canadian shows, especially nerdy high school ones. Like Grace Park (who plays Boomer), that guy who plays Jammer; both used to be in a show with Kristin Kreuk, and then there's Helo, Six...they're all Canadian.

Yeah, it's too bad we have to wait until January to see newer episodes. But it's not the first time I've seen something like that happen. Sometimes when a show starts a new season over the summer, they wait for a few months before airing the rest so they can air during sweeps. There are probably production reasons as well.
They are planning on releasing the first 10 episodes of season 2 on DVD (with special features too, I think) in December so new viewers can buy the DVD's. And then they'll release the rest of the episodes after the season finishes its airing. And then they'll probably release all of season 2 in a set again. It's weird.
haha, motherfrakker. I SO want to use that word in my language, but then no one would understand. Plus, I'd be a nerd. But I don't like swearing in the conventional way, soo....I can still use it once in a while. Hey, I always just the word 'crud' to replace swear words. I'm weird like that.
