I hate apple customer "service". I finally got shot of my ipod after two years and bought a Toshiba Gigabeat the other day. A vast improvement on the features and spec of the ipod but the cross scroller isn't as immediately intuitive as the ipod wheel.

I'm on my 3rd iPod in 2 years...luckily I had the Best Buy 4 year protection plan which covered me until now...
The have renegotiated their exchange policy with Apple and instead of returning at the store to walk away with a new one, you have to send it through Apple and pay a $60 fee, which makes their 4-year plan complete bullshit. This happened because of the amount of returns of faulty iPods people were exchanging. If you make an expensive product, stand behind that shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
