exactly.
i don't know why more guys don't do yoga.
you're 1 of maybe 2 guys in the class with 12 girls who are in great shape with their asses in the air. win win.

I do the Bikram style yoga...which is a 90 minute session in a 110 degree heated room, 26 postures. It will fucking kick your ass! Not for the meek or weak...and is great for focusing on your mind and physical balance. Seriously.

Tara got some insight in to yoga?
all i did in the past was Bikham for few months.
i remember passing out on the first class.
thoughts or suggestions?

don;t get a boner

its hard not to get one. thats why i tape my self

yeah i find Bikram really intense. It's great for you and you feel amazing afterwards but maybe not the best kind to start out with.
i've also done Iyengar which is a very precise yoga- can be good if you really want to understand the proper way to be in the postures but much slower pace and uses a lot of props. Now I do vinyasa which is a flowy yoga more energetic and faster pace than iyengar. I would try the vinyasa first i think.

thx tara, yet it wasnt the best experience where you pas out in the first class. eventhough thats how i met my gf.
tee heeok let me look in to vinyasa. do you know any online resources? like poses?

also, what i did at first was i kept taking different teachers in different studios. every teacher is different and some you will like better than others and it's a good crash course in yoga. it takes awhile - at least 6 months before you get it. the more you do the faster your flexibility improves. it's quite amazing actually. But for guys it's usually a lot harder to get as much flexibility as women.

i am already flexible to a degree. thats why i wanna do some practice at home before i take the class.
i wanna be prepared. if i dont, i might be out for weeks after doing few classes.
