keynote mentiosn a Pentium 4 3.6GHz, There is no single reason it has to be a custom chip and it would defeat the purpose because the only reason of the change is making production cheaper which IBM didn't feel much for.but this is a great advancement if you have to believe Apple

doesnt matter macs are still bad machines that think they are stable (and even advertise they are stable).. yet they really are not stable... plus they are crap for doing serious work. Get a mac if you only want to chat and surf the web and play music... and if you are gay.

what was that?... sorry I had to reboot because this stupid mac took like 20 seconds to startup safari... not to mention, this ichat crap sucks... finder is super lame... takes forever just to get what you need or do what you want... oh then there is this stupid "lets sell everyone on widgets and call it Tiger" OS that is buggy like sick dog's flea infested ass.

yarsrevenge, you give apple way too much credit, a modern mac with OS X simply can't suck that much because technology wise it has little to do with Apple, the opportunity they have to mess it up even on software level now is rather small
