Get 3 bottles of talcum powder and a can of compressed air.. When everyone goes home for the night close his office door (or cubicle). Dump all three bottles just infront of his office then spray it with the compressed air spreading it all over his stuff. That'll teach him...

get the racoon anyways and when he's not looking put some beef jerky down his pants. then release the racoon. it will eat his nuts searching for the jerky.

The montior might not be set to its native resolution. I got 2 nice flat screens at work but the font was all blurry. My coworker uses just one monitor, its the same flat screen but set to the right resolution and it looks great.
That's the one problem with dual monitor setup, can't set this to the right res...
man I'm getting nothing accomplished today.

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't YOU set the resolution on the monitor via your PC/Mac? THerefore you can have it at any size you want,

you are partially wrong.
each monitor lets you go up to a certain resolution. so you can make some adjustments but not always how you'd like it.
