Well, there's tons of stuff to do. Once I start making a budget I'm probably gonna start thinking what the hell I've gotten myself into. Everything, and I mean everything is going to be ripped out. This place has fallen apart over the last 10 years.
Oh, and you're probably gonna have to visit one at the time, it doesn't have much room! :P

When you redo it though, a little advice. You said your folks live by, you should definitely stay with them when you are doing the major stuff. It's really hard to live in the mess. Take it from me. I'm living in it now.

and $2500 pr sq.m is a pretty good fucking deal, thats what i just payed here in Reykjavik for my apartment!! and the realestate prices are said to rise 20% this year alone here, so i'll fucking sell the it again next year and move to monaco for sure.
