Good luck mrock. I have been looking for about 8 months between the Italian border and St. Tropez, but there's been a lot of trouble. There are either absolutely über-luxurious places or total wrecks down here. I have probably been bidding on 25 places, both apartments and villas, but I was outbid within the hour by some crazy super-rich guy laundring drug money (yeah, there's a lot here).
And I finally foudn something inbetween, it doesn't look great and everything needs to be worked on, but it has potential. And I wouldn't have done this if my parents didn't live nearby (they moved down 8 years ago), so I can crash at their place when project major restore begins.

R U FU*CKING KIDDIN ME!!
That stupendous. A fixer upper, yes, however, the shear potential of that property along with living above the Sea in the South of France!
F*ck being the butler, can I be your dog????
- jox0
Easy now. This was cheap for a reason, there's more to do than what's shown on pics. The realtor called me a cheap, super-bargaining scandahooligan for a reason (ok maybe he didnt) There's major water leakage, too but he Jaz, if you wanna retile some floors for me ;)

kick ASS!
congratulations jox. that's simply awesome.

Thanks gruntt!
Uh oh, I just realised - today's friday 13th. i had totally forgot. I'm sensing the restoration is gonna give me hell for that.

are there any screwable chicks in monaco or just old people with money? if so, do you have to drive a ferrari to score one?

Dude, I was just going to say, if you're lookin' for an freelance Interior Designer. I could do fosho'-like!
It looks like it needs major work though. Retile the roof with new slates or clay-based tiles. The interior needs a new coat of paint and you need major furniture. Could be very contemporary if you wanted it to be from the looks of what is already there.
You could always tear up those tiles and scare the floor and then glaze it. That might be a nice cheap alterative to tiles and rug.

and someone is going to need to take care of the dog - that be me...

(May 13 05, 11:23)welp, I'm the dog, mrock, where you taking me out to eat first?

There are more ferraris down here per inhabitant than there are huge SUVs per small penis in the rest of the world. Seriously, you don't even look at ferraris. Today, I saw like 8 Enzo's, 3 F50s and a Pagani! (they're like 1 MIL EUR)
But to answer your question, yes there are some hot chicks, although they are tourists and/or models. There are rarely hot girls down here (no offense to french people), unless you like the hairy kind with a nasal accent.

OMG, that is such an awesome home...congratulations!
I recommend pergo wood laminate flooring! Very Americano of me, lol.
