  now really, in all this, and not only about wines, we have mainly two things all over:

  1) Mass-driven products, like Cabernet, Savignon, Porto, Whiskey, McDonald's, Design (fucken lol!)

  and then

  2) The real thing: LIFE! DIRT! TASTY HOMEMADE STUFF. LOVE TO ALL YE. SORRY FOR SHOUTING!

  I would say a Pinot Noir from Cali would be your best bet, they are pretty light on the pallete and you would enjoy them. My girlfriend was the same as yourself and she likes Pinot's the best.
