why do you guys hate me soo much... did I like piss you off during the election or something...?
I mean everyone else was helpful in suggestions....I said at the top was a friggin self-pity moment.... and seeing a movie didnt want to make me move....
its more then that....I am sick of the concrete jungle.....sick of the train....sick of traffic to go about 2 miles.... I mean if I am gonna sit in traffic then it should be on I70 in CO... at least there is a view... its other reasons.....get away from my past.....my family.....my current deadbeat friends (they do nothing except go out to eat)
I go by myself to art shows, galleries, tiny bookstores, readings, free classical music concerts.... I mean I do it all by myself.... I am just tired of it and I want to get out of nyc....
snowboarding and surfing are the lowest on the reason to leave board.....
I am doing something different....I am going back to school....its only for continuing ed courses but maybe I will meet some like minded people that enjoy the stuff I do....

I grew up in NYC, but was dragged to Ohio at age 14 and stuck there for 12 long years. Then I moved back to NYC as it's where I grew up and love.
Now, I'm sick of the 1 hour commute each way, sick of the winters and thinking of a change as well.
I never been to Cali, but thought about going.

yeah i hear vancouver is damn nice but expensive. Ontario is pretty good. Whats with everyone calling it cold. Shit I consider last winter a warm one :)

I know I will miss a lot of things...... I know this place like the back of my hand....I think what I want to do is go west..... have some fun in the sun....some snow in the winter.....and then come back here but bring a babe that wants to move to nyc with me.... I dont want an nyc broad..... they are nuts....

so do it liquid. i graduated school and moved to san diego less than a year later with my surfboard, snowboard, computer, car and clothes. thats it. its entirely possible.

well people obviously get used to the cold when they get here.
or maybe not. for some reason after summer is over people forget how cold it really is here and start complaining all over again.
the funniest is when people think the fall season is horribly cold.

Poor Advice.
I moved back to the east coast after 8 years on the west coast.
This summer was the best surf I ever I had.
Great swells here on Long Island, Had a few over head days in the summer, We have Hurricane Season here.
