I hear you, man. that is the worst..
but it's really not like it may have come across. the split was very respectful and she knows who I am better than anyone. nothing happened between them yet and I totally believe her on that.
I really believe we were meant 4 each other, thats what makes things so hard.
the part wth the other man is just a detail in the story.. she really needs to break loose and I'm just not part of that plan.

At least you have a clear situation. She has someone else, which means there's no coming back. This is much better than wondering "what happened? is it for real? is it just temporary?" for months.
I know the feeling of falling apart. Try to depart youself a bit from your feelings and reactions. Obsereve your reactions knowing it's not you, it's some process happening with you. I remember having anadrenaline rush for ten days when I was dumped. It kept me awake during the day and made me so tired i had no problem falling asleep at night. This kind of bodily and emotional reactions are psychosomatics and chemistry, it's not exactly you. It will pass.
