when i put the wasabi on top, and eat it, i can feel the back of my eyes... when i mix it in the sauce, i can feel the insides of my digestive track...
i like it on top better.. makes me think i have heat vision!!!

anyone tried real wasabi? I don't think any japanese restaurant in US or Europe serves it, hell, even most jap restaurants in asia will serve you ersatz wasabi. That green shit you get is horse radish mixed with additives and green dye. Looks and tastes kinda similar, but not the real thing. The combination horse radish/wasabi has some powerful anti-bacterial properties, so always a good idea to have it together with your raw fish...
and yes, i dump my wasabi in the soy sauce
