hey guys I know I have showed this logo a million times... but I just saw the top colors together and thought about it for my logo... do you like 1 or 2 1 is new and 2 is the old one (the colors that is)

How about this, instead of asking us which logo we like or for us to pick. You just tell us what your logo is and we all roll with that.
Show confidence in your logo!
Now when/ if I ever see it in my life, that logo tells me it's 50% of what you wanted.

The kerning needs refining. Also the e and o need to be adjusted to extend slightly above the cap line and below the baseline. Otherwise the rounder forms won't appear to be the same height as the vertical letter forms.
I think maybe the crossbars in the t's could use some adjusting in Y position as well. The t's are looking a bit dwarfed compared to the e and o.

i agree, bikemaker.
i dont like the colors, id take that color slice out of the 'o' and just make it the same color as the bg.
id also rotate that space in the o so it looks like a mirror image or e. then id probably flip that second t around the same way to see what it looks like. \
doesnt look like this logo has gone very far since the last time i saw it.

the whole meaning to me behind the logo is I wanted to use a name that represents me as a Russian and I choose to use ETTO "means 'this is' in russian" to describe the this is my design and this is who I am...

I was going to ask you the same question etto. In my opinion the styling you have done with the O just isn't working. If you choose to stick with it then I already gave my technical advice before.
However, if I were you I would take salisae's advice and come up with some alternatives.
You said you wanted to bring attention to your russian nationality so why not hit up google and do some research on russian typography?

It looks like 2 different typefaces just now aswell, the 't's don't match the 'e' & 'o' style, in my opinion.

Dear Lena,
You sweet beautiful Russian girl. In the real world you will need to make decisions such as these completely on your own. Fuck the common opinion in here and start relying on your own tastes and instincts. Seriously if you listen to everyone else you will never develop a sense of YOUR style. If this logo fits you then use it. Print it out and hang it in the bathroom, above your bed, on your doors, go get a tshirt and some transfer paper and fucking wear the damn thing. If it doesn't match YOU then scratch it and do something different. This is your logo so fuck the NT society and make it work for you.

easy iDip... im not available but it was a sweet responce.. I do like the logo and had the idea sketched out a long time ago by hand and I have been staring at it for so long... I was just thinking of different colors not changing the whole thing. I mean I like to hear about what ppl say about bc they are the ones thar have look at it too. But I can read the responces and filter through the things that relate to me or not. So anyways I will play with the kerning and colors a bit more until im totally happy with it. thanks guys
