I was going to ask you the same question etto. In my opinion the styling you have done with the O just isn't working. If you choose to stick with it then I already gave my technical advice before.
However, if I were you I would take salisae's advice and come up with some alternatives.
You said you wanted to bring attention to your russian nationality so why not hit up google and do some research on russian typography?
