The kerning needs refining. Also the e and o need to be adjusted to extend slightly above the cap line and below the baseline. Otherwise the rounder forms won't appear to be the same height as the vertical letter forms.
I think maybe the crossbars in the t's could use some adjusting in Y position as well. The t's are looking a bit dwarfed compared to the e and o.
