stayed at this resort in Thailand that had a wellness center.
some info. on here. I didn't do it, I love food too much and the food there was really good! Also didn't realize at the time that you could fast for one day which insn't bad and then see how you feel after that.

Fast for 5 days with green tea and water.
then steamed veggies and organic rice for the rest of the month.if that doesnt work, a steady diet of brown rice and cocaine seems to work in south beach.

I used Test'in and the shit worked. The test was actually for this job I'm at now for the state.
I was heavily toxified when I took it and came totally clean. It is one bottle of vitamin-like pills and one vile of liquid. You can't eat or drink on it, but it totally cleans you out, not just a mask.
