oh. eat organics..
steamed veggies, organic meat mainly grilled, grilled fish, lots of colourful veggies, water, juice. grains, bread... stuff that isnt processed...
thats all you can eat.

i heard a lot of mcdonalds works as a great detox.
you just have to eat off the dollar menu for about a week and the upset stomach will make you poop non stop for days.

Aparently organic foods have far more carconogenic stuff on it due to the lack of pesticides.
Good luck with the detox. I think cooking all your own food and drinking nothing but water for a month would do it.

you are supposed to drink JUST that for 10 days for the ultimate result, though by all accounts it is tres difficult, apparently Rand does it once a week.
