all these freedom lovers in this thread are just happy that they voted. regardless of if the people could make a conscious decision about who it was that they wanted to vote for. Noone knew who any of these groups were until it was time to vote. And Allawi stays prime minister until they have the true elections in a year, which he will probably win.
