why will replacing beer with whiskey help lose weight. I know just cutting out beer would do it just fine? Does whiskey have less carbs or something? Or is it that you'd just drink less of it?

eat fruits and vegetables, and less meat. water. (a HEALTHY DIET) and exercise. dont eat less and exercise, that's just idiotic. eat healthy and exercise.

situps and crunches. do 100 every other morning, eat a banana or something small before you exercise. building muscle in that area will not only speed up your metabolism, but you will burn fat in the stomach area faster.
cut out sugar, switch to diet soda if you haven't already. whiskey has a lot more sugar than beer. gin has the least of all alcohols i believe. gin and diet tonics for you from now on. get a girl to order it for you at the bar so you don't feel stupid asking.
frequent small meals throughout the day will help your metabolism more. spicy foods are good. drink at least a gallon of water a day.
if you have time start cardio, like running. if you don't like to run, try shadow boxing. it's incredibly intense and works the upper body as well. go hard.

put a tennisball in your throat, keep it there for 3 days non-stop..
in most cases you will start to lose weight real soon.
possible side-effects: you may stink a bit, become extremely relaxed after a while and get some experiences of tunnel-vision.
other then that it's pretty effective..

1. Cardio
2. Muscle toning and definition through weightlifting and/or excercise
3. Decrease the amount of raw sugars and carbohydates you are taking in
4. Don't eat after 7 PM, your body doesn't need it
5. Eat less (smaller amounts) but eat the right stuff
6. Think positive
