    situps and crunches. do 100 every other morning, eat a banana or something small before you exercise. building muscle in that area will not only speed up your metabolism, but you will burn fat in the stomach area faster.

    cut out sugar, switch to diet soda if you haven't already. whiskey has a lot more sugar than beer. gin has the least of all alcohols i believe. gin and diet tonics for you from now on. get a girl to order it for you at the bar so you don't feel stupid asking.

    frequent small meals throughout the day will help your metabolism more. spicy foods are good. drink at least a gallon of water a day.

    if you have time start cardio, like running. if you don't like to run, try shadow boxing. it's incredibly intense and works the upper body as well. go hard.
