The "Moon and Antarctica" is not only their best album but in my opinion one of the best albums ever made. When they started to get all hyped up due to the latest album I couldn't believe critics hailed it as awesome without comparing it to the "Moon" record.
The production and originality of "Moon" fall surpasses anything they have ever done. Although I like all their work to a point- this album blew my mind.

saw them on snl and it occured to me that the singer has a really really bad lisp. close-ups reveal the tell tale sign with the lips.
so then i listened close and you can faintly hear it. so i did some looking around and i guess the guy doesn't do interviews cause of it.
wow.

I've seen em live 3 times... and yes, Isaac Brock has a real prominent lisp. Its much easier to tell when he talks.... cant hear it much when he sings.
Moon and Antartica is by far their best record... the new one is so so.

I like the new stuff, but loved them in their old days and the old albums have great memories with them...
Like blasting that song off of Lonesome Crowded West in my architecture studio class and making everyone mad:
