I had that happen yesterday. One guy went into a stall totally carrying on a conversation with someone washing their hands about 20 feet away.
Kept talking even while these sounds that were like slapping and popping a blown up balloon were going on.

i like when the urinal is the bathtub looking thing. the one where you get to decide how far away to stand. then if someone stands really close you instantly know they like weiner, and you can cover as needed
