The problem with bands who used to be the best but have been releasing shit for the last decade or two is that they play that new shit in concerts wasting your time and money.
A U2 concert is a travesty because half of it is their recent crap, interspersed with awesome stuff from when they actually were awesome.
A The Pixies concert is 100% awesome because they don't release anything anymore, knowing it would be no match for their original stuff.
- Totally agree about Depeche Mode. I saw them in 2007 and there was so much new BORING material.CyBrainX
- Mostly agree about U2 but I love No Line on the Horizon almost as much as Achtung or Joshua Tree.CyBrainX
- Frank said the Pixies were considering recording new music about a year ago. Things take time with them, so we'll see.CyBrainX
