....but what annoys me the most is when I'm eating in a restaurant and somebody lights up. Its extremely bad mannered and totally ruins the meal.....

I have a friend who smokes everywhere, including staircases and elevators, but never in his room. He's just moved to Ireland where they have a ban. He says it's wonderful to go to a pub and come back home your clothes not stinking. I wonder if he still smokes in kitchen, deaf to his roommates yelling :)

I'd find the mobile phones more anoying.
When did it become ok to use them in a restaurant?
- shaft0
Hey, a mobile phone doesn't make everyone around stink. They're for conversation, just with an invisible person. Since when having a conversation in a restaurant is not ok? :)

quit whining you fucking bitches. Do you know how much tax is on pack of cigarettes? Are you going to pick up that tax? No, so please talk about something you know about, like your menstrual cycle.

(Dec 18 04, 04:35)Chill......firstly I will pick up on that tax the moment the smoker has got fully blown cancer and will be in need of treatment off the NHS, which the public pay for. I'd much rather public money goes on people who are genuinely ill, rather than the morons who self inflict it. Also try not to be so aggressive, and learn about the facts before snapping at everyone..

(Dec 18 04, 04:37)Firstly correct your English, 'what was he'....
The chances are pretty high that he did catch it through passive smoking seeing as he was constantly exposed to it....
So are you saying that all medical experts in the world are wrong, and dying from passive smoking is impossible??
It seems you need to be educated just because of your childish statements...

Still, "The Insider" was the worst M. Mann movie I saw.
- mrdobolina0
so you correct grammar and complain about smoking? what a pleasant person you must be to have around.
- mrdobolina0
sorry for snapping at you, I just cant stand it when people unreasonably complain.

everyone drives a car, about 20% of the population smokes. I have no choice but to breathe in your foul exhaust fumes, and i cycle to work. If i have to breath in your shit every day i step outside my house, you better be ready for me smoking my heart out in a place i love best .the pub. And if you dont like it bring round a reforendum and change it, or else get out of your car and walk. Hypocrites

(Dec 18 04, 08:07)whats unrearsonable about complaining about smoking? If you had a baby would you think it was fine if someone was smoking in the same room!?!?!
- toe_knee0
heres a thought, dont bring your baby to the pub
- mrdobolina0
if you bring your baby to bars, it is your fault. The pub is the last place you can smoke, you tweakers have banned it everywhere else.

Hypocrite, hahahaha.....
there's a purpose to the car fumes, whats the purpose to smoking? Also how often do you have your face next to an exhaust?? if you can smell the fumes constantly then you have an amazing sense of smell.....
- DonkeyPunch0
who said anything about taking a baby to a pub.....!?!
People don't just smoke in pubs.....
