Nice bottle of wine (between £10 & £15 and a nice box of chocs, preferably from a specialist chocolate shop also around £10 i'd suggest

A custom made jigsaw puzzle made from a map of their postcode. Custom made by the Ordnance Survey - sorry no link and i'm lazy, but got that for my father once - loved it!

the bottle of wine and chocs is a great idea! (unless you're in utah in which case your outta luck buddy).
maybe a home pregnancy kit and die the blotter the 'positive' colour. should be good for a laugh...
