maybe the "authentic mexican coffee" headline should stand out more. I don't think I would have used a serif type face.

what are the boxes under the logo for? Are they going to be link modules of some sort?
I'd find a way to connect the 'authentic mexican coffee with the logo. It just seems to be floating out there by itself.
OH! Maybe try taking the black transparent area behind the 'authentic mexican coffee' and spread that black across the entire image... move the text up... and move the navigation up too. I have a feeling that your navigation is taking up a lot of space on lower resolutions. The nav is probably more than halfway down the screen.
The screen just feels really busy w/the image at the top... so if you tone that down to match the tone at the bottom... I think it'll be more balanced.1
I like the serif... I'd go with a serif for the menu too... the font needs to be more feminine. I'd also move the navigation toward the middle or even to the left.
That's my assessment.
... other than that... I think it's shit.

I think that the background diagonal lines should only be 1 pixel thick and darker that the gradient instead of lighter than the gradient.
also the bar with "authentic mexican coffee": should goo all the way accross.
the cross hairs at the bottom grey part should only be 1 pixel thick and slightly transparent.

well... not that I am qualified to give you a critic, but keep the logo keep the colors get rid of the photo and find one that fits a bit better (or tweak the colors a bit so it blends in better) and "declutter (ho ho ho)" the layout.

the top photo with the girl on the package is fighting with girl on the logo on the left...it seems more sense to put the nav under her logo... authentic mexican coffee is reading like a title rather than a subtitle - u know? also that stripe bkg and the crosshairs seem too techy for the product.... i liek the sculpture down on the bottom - can u make a background pattern out of soem cool mexican patterns? (or liek maybe squidfingers has something more.. i dunno "orgainic")also that pic on the bottom maybe make it a sepia instead of grey.. looks kind of dull... im not loving the color pallate but it might just be cuz im on mac.
