my bro and best friend moved out there... both are underemployed and havin a hard time in vancity.. as beautiful as it is.. there are big problems there... huge crack and herion problems in downtown vancity... bums are super aggressive, and alot of poor people have no chance of breakin there cycle.
if i could tell you the funny vancity bum stories... and every alley in downtown van is full of crackheads lookin for dropped rocks.

the bad thing about were i live is the climate is pretty mild year round so we get alot of the hobos and homless here.
carty, you are right about jobs. there is probably alot more work out east in toronto and montreal and so on.
the westcoast is more about living then getting paid.
