There have been others already with a display screen way before Ipod.
This bad boy is the way to go. It combines a modular MP4 video player and recorder(1), MP3 music player and recorder, digital camera and camcorder(2), digital photo wallet, and data storage:

stupid questions...
1. i got an album of acc files from a firend who bought them from apple's site, so they are protected. is there an easy way to unprotect them? do i have to burn them on an audio cd then rip them back in?
2. if you sync your ipod and have more gigs of music on you hard drive then the pod can hold how dose it choose which songs to sync?
3. also if you sync how does it keep track of play counts?
