Quadraat has always been my fave. Haven't gotten hold of the sans version yet though, anybody?
Serif version looks lovely set as 9/11pt.

there is a nice little app here, you can basically create your own pixel fonts. take any system fonts and convert: http://www.kgroup.ru/ forget about people figuring out which pixel font you are using from the likes of miniml and FFF.
