Man I miss the days when I smoked... 4 or 5 breaks a day. I swear my life has become twice as stressful since I stopped. I used to go outside several times during the day, would take time to step away from what I was working on and reflect, had small rewards to push me through dragging days, made some good smoking friends and ate less junk food. All this not smoking is going to kill me.

I have a good solution. Why not just pop a piece of Wrigley's gum and go outside anyways to take a break!?! I do it all the time. We have a woods behind out company and the next lot over is really nice homes. One of which has a gazebo (sp?!?). A few times over the summer I have 'mosied' on over and slept in the gazebo. SOOOOOOOooo nice.

I hear ya - I just wonder if there are some elements to smokig that improve life? I know I should take breaks and go outside on my own and learn to balance life and handle stress in healthy ways, but it's much easier said then done. The drive of the addiction just used to force those things into my life. I guess it's too bad it kills you because I sure used to like it.

I never really smoked, but my break time habit at the office is eating. I eat at least 4 times during my 9-5. ThenI hit the gym for about 2 hours after work...

Yeah, smoking cigarettes is fun. I wish I had the heart to keep killing myself on a regular basis, but I don't. I guess I wanna live a long time.
